We don’t know how much the equipment really costs, shouldn’t we know this? – Yes you should. Most times the vendors will offer you a sales agreement without pricing. When you work with us, you’ll know every cost because we’re working for you.
We have printers everywhere it seems, can you help us consolidate that? – Yes, we’ll look at the necessary placements and may recommend the removal of unnecessary devices.
How do I know if i’m getting brand name supplies and parts in my contract? – Good question. some copier providers dont tell you what’s being put into the machines. Using generic parts and supplies can adversely effect the devices. If you were to get generic, it would only be right to get even better pricing.
What happens to my machine when it’s removed – Most clients never know the true answer to that question. We’ll answer that question when you work with us.
